What does “deep cleaning” entail for us?

We are accustomed to providing move-in/move-out cleaning services for properties in a variety of conditions. Below are the tasks that we perform for a move-in/move-out or pre-sale deep clean. Additional tasks may be available upon request.

• Arrange the drop-off and pickup of a dumpster for trash and furniture removal

• Clean and sanitize walls, floors and surfaces

• Repaint walls and ceilings (upon specific request from property owner)

• Clean vents and replace A/C filters

• Deep clean bathrooms

• Re-caulk bathroom fixtures for a clean, new appearance
